Method of shipping - 
We ship all orders using next day delivery for UK mainland. International orders will be shipped using priority services to ensure you receive your jewellery as quickly as possible. We always use tracked and insured delivery methods. 

Expedited shipping and rush orders - 
We are happy to send out your item on an expedited shipping service. Please get in touch at clients@shinarjewels.com for more information about expedited shipping.

Import duty charges - 
All standard import fees are covered by Shinar Jewels.

Incorrect address - 
Please be sure to enter your correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. Shinar Jewels is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect address.

Redirecting parcels - 
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. 

PO boxes and alike - 
We are unable to deliver your jewellery to PO boxes, BFPO address, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary resident addresses. This ensures the safe arrival of your Shinar Jewels order.
